A Sunny Corporate Event Venue and Southern Tide Swag

The Event:
An Incentive Trip for a Fortune 500 medical technology company with over 400 attendees, held at the sunlit corporate event venue, The Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida.

The Experience:
Our challenge was creating a sense of meaning and individuality for an event with over 400 guests. Our solution? The power of choice.

The team at 24 on Tour created a pop-up boutique experience in partnership with Southern Tide: An authentic gifting experience where attendees chose an apparel piece of their choice, sandals of their choice, as well as sunglasses straps, koozies and stickers. Guests were given custom Southern Tide gift bags to stash their swag in, creating a feeling of instant gratification.

The experience was made complete by leaning into the sunny Floridian locale by creating beach-themed décor and signage to complete the themed look, creating a well-rounded experience.

The Perfect Corporate Event Space During a Bluebird Weekend at Stowe

The Event:
An annual sales meeting for a Fortune 500 insurance company with over 450 attendees, held at an ideal corporate event space: The Stowe Mountain Resort in Stowe, Vermont.

The Experience:
Our challenge was to create instantaneous energy and enthusiasm with a “ski-inspired” gifting experience that hit multiple touchpoints. The solution: Gifted ski gear guests could rock immediately—and show off on the mountain.

We opted for a diverse product selection and a well-rounded gifting experience by creating a pop-up boutique as well as a room drop for guests. Attendees chose between a variety of Level ski gloves at the pop-up boutique, and each attendee received room drop gifting of locally made Vermont Darn Tough socks and Pistil winter hats.

The event itself became a talking point of the weekend: We knew it was a success when most of the guests chose to wear their gifted gear instead of the snow gear they had arrived with.

A College Reunion, a Concert and a Charity Event in the Heart of Nashville

The Event:
A local music festival to commemorate a multi-year college reunion held in the heart of Nashville for over 350 college alumni.

The Experience:
We had the opportunity of a lifetime to honor the place that started 24 on Tour’s mission. The challenge: Building a turnkey reunion event that blended classic Nashville flavor, 80’s era nostalgia, and a charity component to boot. The solution: the 24 on Tour team stepped up to be the special event organizer. We handled every aspect of planning from venue scouting and talent curation to marketing management and branded merchandise.
