Ordering Process

ORDER MINIMUMS
To provide the best service possible, each brand we offer has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) which can vary by season, style, and color.

You can view the specific minimum order requirement once logged in to your ParsonsKellogg account. Each order page will display exclusive pricing and minimum quantities for each brand.

PRODUCTION TIMES
Apparel orders typically require 4 to 6 weeks from the time of order to receipt of merchandise. Lead times may be longer during peak seasons (fall and winter).

Drinkware orders generally take 3 to 4 weeks before shipping.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact the ParsonsKellogg team. Rush charges may apply.

ORDER TIMEINES
Add items to your cart, making sure to batch similar items, and attach your logo to each set. Add personalization where applicable, then update shipping and billing information before submitting your order.

Within 1-2 business days, our team will review your order, address any questions, and provide a proof of your logo for approval. Production will begin once you approve the proof.

Pricing & Payment Information

PRICING
Pricing is based on the total quantity ordered per brand. Your first logo is free on all orders, covering up to 10,000 stitches and two colors. Logos exceeding these limits will incur additional charges:

Items requiring screen printing will have different pricing.

A second logo is subject to a $75 setup fee and $6 per item charge.

Torrentshell Jackets include an additional $5 Seam Seal fee.

For logos exceeding 10,000 stitches, additional costs apply:

10,000 to 13,999 stitches: $3.00
14,000 to 17,999 stitches: $6.00
18,000 to 21,999 stitches: $10.00
22,000+ stitches: $15.00+

PAYMENT METHODS AND SALES TAX
Debit and Credit Cards
We accept all major debit and credit cards.

PURCHASE AORDER
ParsonsKellogg Key Accounts with established credit terms can place orders online using the Purchase Order option at checkout. Contact us to see if you’re eligible to become a Key Account.

AUTOMATIC CLEARING HOUSE (ACH) AND ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)
For orders over $10,000, we accept ACH, EFT, and wire transfers. Please contact our team to finalize payment.

CHECK
Checks are accepted for large orders. Please coordinate with our team to arrange payment via check.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address. If your organization is tax-exempt or shipping to a state where apparel is exempt from sales tax, please send a tax exemption form, along with an accounting contact’s name and email, to [email protected] for verification. Sales tax will be displayed at checkout but removed from qualifying orders after verification.

*Important Note for All Payment Types: Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.

Item Decoration and Personalization

ADDING A LOGO
You can upload your logo directly on our website under My Account > Manage Logo, in JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG, or BMP format. Then, when adding items to your cart, select your logo and its location. If you can’t upload the file, email it to [email protected] with your order number.

A photo proof of your logo is provided free of charge; additional proofs cost $30 each. Please note that orders can only have one design for “light” fabrics (e.g., greys) and one design for "dark" fabrics (e.g., black, navy).

MULTIPLE LOGOS
To add a second logo, select Add Another Logo when personalizing your items. All items on your order must have the same logos applied in the same locations. All logos must be applied to every item in the order; separate logo variations require separate orders.

If you need different logos for different items, you may place orders with at least 10 pieces per logo. Discounts will be adjusted for group orders.

ADDING NAME PERSONALIZATION
Name personalization can be added for $10 per piece, with a second line of text for an additional $5. Character limits are:
Chest: 26 characters (including spaces)
Sleeve: 20 characters (including spaces)

Select Personalize Your Item in the cart, and fill out the details for each item. Choose from three fonts (Micro Sans Serif, Easy Script, or Bookman) and select thread color (Black, White, or custom PMS). Personalization location options are Chest-Under Logo or Right Sleeve.

Important: Ensure names are entered exactly as you’d like them to appear. Personalization can only be in one location, and all text is centered.

ORDERING PRODUCT WITHOUT A LOGO
All items must be decorated—we cannot sell blank products. Logos for Patagonia items require approval from Patagonia. If using another decorator, please provide their information during checkout and we can ship the product directly to them.

Waterproof items, like the Torrentshell Jacket, require a ParsonsKellogg-approved decorator. YETI products must be decorated through ParsonsKellogg.

PERSONALIZATION FONT OPTIONS

YETI LASER ENGRAVING
All YETI Products are laser engraved (no pad printing). On color-coated YETI items, the engraving removes the outer coating, revealing stainless steel. On stainless steel items, the engraving is black. All YETI logo engravings are one color.

All orders ship via ground service, and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping:
International Shipping is available, with taxes, duties, and freight costs added to the order. Please email us at [email protected] with your item estimate, brand styles, and shipping address for a quote.

Returns are only accepted for incorrect or damaged items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 10 days if there are any issues.

ADD-ON ORDERS
Apparel:
You can place add-on orders within 30 days of the ship date. Add-ons must meet a 10-piece minimum (4 pieces per style/color) and will receive the same discount as the original order. If the discount doesn’t appear at checkout, contact us with your order number for an adjustment.

Drinkware:
Add-on orders are not available.
